Constantine Photopoulos is President and Chief Executive Officer. Constantine brings extensive experience in Information Technology Security. For the past 20 years he has worked with large and mid sized firms to assist these companies with reviewing, developing, designing, and implementing their internal as well as external security and compliance initiatives. Authored and published several books on data breach and security. Mr. Photopoulos has extensive experience in IT Security and Compliance and is the author of the book "Managing Catastrophic Loss of Sensitive Data".

Paris Gyparakis
Paris Gyparakis, JD. is an Associate for Partnerships. Paris assists on legal and financial due diligence on select companies, including coordinating with outside research firms to provide business related updates, intellectual property attorneys, and potential industry related acquisition opportunities for portfolio companies. Prior to Cyberis Mr. Gyparakis worked at Winston & Winston, PC., specializing in a variety of complex commercial, bankruptcy, and litigation matters, as well as Kantor Davidoff P.C., in the corporate and transactional department. Mr. Gyparakis currently serves as the Senior Research Editor to the Journal of International Business and Law, and has written mainly in the areas of international economics and finance. Mr. Gyparakis graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University where he studied Classical Literature and Psychology, and was a post-baccalaureate scholar at the University of Athens School of Philosophy. Currently. Mr. Gyparakis serves as the Monica Gollub Endowed Academic Scholar for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Mark Goldenberg
Mark Goldenberg, General Counsel - Mark Goldenberg is an experienced corporate attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of capital markets, venture capital and investment transactions, and corporate governance. Mr. Goldenberg is General Counsel at GreenHills Ventures. Prior to Cyberis Group, he was of counsel at David Lubin & Associates, where he specialized in securities offerings, corporate transactions, and compliance with SOX, Dodd-Frank, FINRA and SEC rules. Before that he was a corporate associate at Snow Becker Krauss, working on a wide range of corporate and securities matters. Mr. Goldenberg holds an Israeli law degree as well as an American law degree from Cornell Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar.

James Grundvig
James Grundvig has 25 years of project management and consulting experience on complex projects. He is a technology journalist having published in Law.com, the Huff Post, and the Financial Times Foreign Direct Investment magazine. James Grundvig manages Cyberis Legal, a subsidiary of Cyberis Group, focusing on providing legal research and outsource legal for companies and select law firms. He is an author of three books and several technical and market-driven reports on the Digital Age, including a competitive analysis on the cybersecurity landscape. James has setup business development portals, author platforms, and the founder of a data analytics mobile startup.

Emanuel Martinez
Emanuel Martinez is the General Managing Director of GreenHills Ventures and GreenHills Cap Partners is a private investment holding company managing several investment arms headquartered in New York City and Luxembourg. Mr. Martinez manages the firm's investment activities, portfolio management activities, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions with a primary focus on the sectors in which the firm makes its investments. Prior to joining GreenHills Ventures, Mr. Martinez was a private investor who participated in the successful acquisition of sixdegrees.com by YouthStream Media Network (OTCBB: YSTM) for $125 million and E@wonders, Inc. by BuyItNow for $150 million. Mr. Martinez is also a financial consultant and advisor to various multi-family offices and corporate investment firms. Mr. Martinez brings a wealth of over 30 years prior senior level, corporate financial management and mergers and acquisition experience as Managing Director for Mergers & Acquisition at Citibank, NA, and American Express Corporation, Coastal Oil, Inc. Inlumen, Inc., Dial Corporation, Seagram's Beverage Corporation, Olsten Financial Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (Coopers & Lybrand, LLP). In 1994, Mr. Martinez was appointed by the Governor of Georgia, Zell Miller, as a member of “Operation Legacy” to work with Fortune 1000 companies in preparation for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Mr. Martinez holds a M.B.A in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from St. John's University, and post master’s degree in Executive Management Program in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Martinez was formerly a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Martinez also serves on the advisory and investment committees of GH Fund I, GH Fund II, GH Wealth Management Holding, and GH Angel Capital Group, and serves as an independent outside advisor to the AngelPool Advisory Board(www.angelpool.org), AdmieMobile, True Share Vault, Cloudnician, N2-GS, Inc., Soshio, Inc., and major shareholder and single largest investor in Cyberis Group, the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce (www.spainusstartup.com/advisory). He also performs other board related activities in support of the firm’s investment activities. Mr. Martinez is fluent in Spanish, conversant in Italian and Hebrew and lives in New York City.

Casey Feldman
Casey Feldman is the Managing Director with our Solutions Practice Group, Casey Feldman specializes in supporting in-house legal departments and law firms by providing specialized legal and compliance professionals for consulting, contract and permanent positions. Moreover, he assists with managing the complex and often unanticipated demands of changes to legal staffing such as workload overflow, leave scenarios, staff augmentation, special projects and interim replacements. Casey grew up in Miami, Fla., and currently resides in New York City. He is an avid baseball/softball player and lifelong University of Miami Hurricane fan.

Craig Brown
Craig Brown is the Managing Principal of Bridgeline Solutions. He is based in New York City where he oversees temporary placements worldwide with law firms, corporations, and government agencies. Prior to co-founding Bridgeline Solutions, Craig was the president of national legal staffing companies. Craig started his legal career with the Federal Government, as he served, during law school, as a law clerk in the U.S. Department of Justice, and then after graduation, as a judicial clerk for Judge Lawrence E. Gray of the U.S. Department of Labor. Thereafter, he served as an antitrust & litigation associate with Kaye Scholer and as a litigation partner with McLaughlin & Stern. Craig obtained his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Washington College of Law, American University. He lives in Westchester County with his three children and French Bulldog, Elvis.
